The Mutual Ministry Committee (MMC) continues to be an active committee at OSLC and is designed to provide support and encouragement to the pastors and other program and support staff. In addition, members of this committee can be the liaison between the congregation and various program and support staff. Part of the responsibility of the MMC is to try to prevent and resolve misunderstandings among our staff and between staff members and the congregation or its Council. If some issue has been bothering you, the MMC might be an avenue to use to get some resolution or at least a better understanding why something is being done. The names of individuals who bring concerns to the attention of the MMC are held in the strictest confidence.
